Have you set your upload speed to unlimited???
    Set it to 15 KB/s.

Download only that torrents that are having very high seeders.
Tell me which private tracker you use???

If you are using Vista or 7, then download the Network meter (a sidebar Gadget). It shows the speed you are getting at the time. In the meter you will see the upload speed. Set your upload such that it never crosses 36 KB/s. If it will above that your download speed will suffer.

    Try this

Port Forwarding Utorrent on the UTStarcom UT-300R2U

There is nothing illegal in port forwarding. Please post your screen shot after trying this link.

    @xtremegamer
what private site you are using for torrent downloding

    Try with bridge mode
connect pppoe from desktop and check the speed.

Do you face the problem only at night and rest of the day are OK

    You can try with Vuze
Vuze is a torrent client, before install it you need to setup the JAVA
    Vuze some time works good
    You can test with Vuze

    Default First Know about unit.

    2Mbps means 256KBPS

Cause 2 Megabit per second, (bit is a unit of data transfer)
    now divide it by 8

    2048/8= 256 KBPS Max.

Note: Capital "B" indicated Byte while Small "b" indicates bit.

    Ok............
I bet you, if you get greater speed in utorrent than BitSpirit, i will stop using BitSpirit(as I am a great fan of it)

i have used bitspirit and saw that download speed were better than utorrent or any other torrent client i have seen.. BUT the problem with bitspirit is that lots of data downloaded would dl but would not be counted to actual one. i mean lots of data was wasted. i did not get suitable response to my query at the bitspirit forum. I downloaded a around 900mb but actual data was 162mb.. so there are lots wasted data that happens with bitspirit.

Downloads stuck at 17% even after downloading 880mb out of 909mb | BitSpirit
