How can i check my broadband uses with profile id . i have only broadband account id & password only.

Assuming your userID is xxxxxxx@ bsnl.in
[center]Get the Usage portal 14 digit and PW from your exchange. This is neded not only to check your usage, but plan changes, password change etc.

if the consumer account number in your telephone bill is 8 digits.

Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your 14 digit portal ID and password. If you do not have portal ID, make a call to your local exchange. They keep it in their records.
