Thread: combo 1111 plan

I am using dataone home 500 plan but since I am using it more than often I needed a plan with more usage limit and and with no compromise in speed. When I searched on their site about the alternate plans, I came across 'combo 1111' which was suiting my requirements. But when I spoke with BSNL's customer care, here in calcutta, they said there is no such combo 1111 plan.
Therefore I wanted to know whether this plan is available throughout the country or not and if anybody have used this, how is his/her experience?

Check there is a Data limit of 15 GB. (and No free NU)


Use correct terminology, or attach photo copy, showing the plan details , when you apply for change of tariff plan.

firstly, I know the features of this plan.......I also came to know about this plan from this link only.
And I had used the right terminology i.e 'speed combo 1111' while speaking to their customer executive.
I would apply for plan change only when they will conform me about the availability of this plan..........that is only I want to know whether this plan is available at limited places or throughout the country.

Watch in your Usage Portal, whether it has been "Provisioned"effected, before using facilities available under new plan.
Normally will be effected from 1st of the Month

Today being 23rd, if I apply for plan change by 25th, is there any chance of it being implemented by 1st of next month.

Apply now. I may get provisioned by 1 st or 1 st week of next month.

this new plan has fair usage policy which makes your bandwidth get 1/4th if you cross the hidden limit.

It's kinda moot to get higher speeds when you get penalized for actually using it.

Home 1000 or 1800 is far far better.
Or a different ISP.

Additionally downloading movies/software will make you go over this cap very very fast (which won't happen in night unlimited connections)
