Have you tried speedtest on my site.
    Takes 5 sec only.
    Consumes 500 KB or less.

lol i wish they give this much speed in UL 750.(not possible)

BSNL will rock if they even give UL 750 subscribers 1 or 2mbps speed.(quiet possible)

BTW good plan bu i don't get this much bill in current plan.Big bill.
if i were them i introduced this plan with 100mbps

Guess what, Google is working toward new fibre technology for speeds in Gbps!!! so, 24Mbps though charged high, will be very much serviceable, otherwise BSNL would never have offered it looking at the prices and how demanding the customers are when they pay such prices!!!!

Yes, in about 2-3 years, there will be 8-16Mbps plans at very affordable prices.... :-) You can even put the speed and price graphs for various ISP's for last 10 years and see where we will be in 3 years time. In USA, 2Mbps is like startup plans whereas for users here its 256kbps.

This is the latest.... BSNL has launched FTTH (Fiber To Home) service using GPON(Gigabit Passive Optical Network Technology) technology. There is a downloadable word file on the homepage of this website.

Welcome to Bangalore Telecom District website

Check it out... Max speed supported is 100 Mbps. But its bloody costly!

    Services offered:

High speed Internet Access 256Kbps to 100Mbps
    IPTV MPEG-2
    Voice over IP Local/STD/ISD
    Interactive Gaming
    VPN over Broadband

In Vista & Windows7 you can also use the snipping tool to capture your screen shot.

these cables shiver a lot on carrying the present 2MBps speeds....
i can't believe in this plan...
and even though.. the cost is very high...
i think this plan is not meant for home users......
