Thread: Combo 599 plan suggestion needed

Have anybody in Bangalore taken combo 599 plan(4 Gb limit and 100 free call)
What is the speed(average, most of the time,some times) it promises 512kbps.
Or are you able to use Skype without break in application?

I do not used it but 512 Kbps is enough to run all applications at a time.
As in broadband connecting time is very less and if you ever get disconnected, you will again get connected in next 2 sec.

I have been using broadband for more than 4years and had 2 plan changes so
for. I live in Bangalore and server is around 1km away from my home.

You will get 55- 56 KB/s speed.

From this march 1st( I think, given application on 25 feb) migrated to Como 599 Plan, and
my speed is DL~400kbps, and UP <10kbps. initially i had the problem with SKYPE like frequent breaking, other party not getting the Video.(tested with Audit my PC .com)

But fast 5 days it is OK there is no problem with skype usage.now it is 112 and 255 kpbs.

switch off modem/system.
Start system again after an hour.
and surf normally.

portal splits the time/s)

You are right, there is a catch the download is upto 4Mb there is no night unlimited as BSNL claims night unlimited free download , I confirmed checking with usage every thing is charged.
