Thread: nokia seimence NAT ENTRY

I am using BSNL tYPE 2 MODEM nokia-siemence in always on mode , 3 computers are connected to the modem (ip 192.168.1.3,4,5) .I am using a freeware (ultravnc )remote desktop application to view one of my pc(say 192.168.1.5) from outside .previously i was using ut star modem which had an option to specify the host ip (192.168.1.5) in the NAT entry. My problem is in my new modem nokia -siemence this option is not available pls help

Try with

http://192.168.1.1/look.html

DMZ entry not available in the modem

Do you try with http://192.168.1.1/look.html
Nat should be available if you are in PPPOE from your router.

1.You should be using "ALways On" mode
PPPoE. UserId/PW entered in wan page.
2. DHCP to be enabled for multiple computer/s use.
3. In all computers TCP/IP select
obtainIP address automatically.
4.Try 192.168.1.1/secur_menu.html
or 192.168.1.1/advan_menu.html
or 192.168.1.1/main.html.

....//look.html may show the Firmware version and software versions and date.

Type 2 can be Nokia siemens Networks ..... 1600
