Thread: help needed in plan change

i got my plan changed on february 12th from 750 plus to 1350 plus
I'm shocked!! I only got 77 rs bill
Debits/Education cess=752.25
Taxes=75.00
gross amt.=827.00
Credits=750.00
Amt payable if paid on or befor 26 FEB=77.00?????????
I am very sure bsnl has planned a TNT for me which will blast on coming March bill
What bill iam expected to get???
I want to change it back to 256 kbps
My father will Disconnect broadband if it crossed 1000
What should i do??
Should i surrender my connection and start anew one?

your trariff plan change will happen only after next billing cycle ie next month.

know tha plan were well and do the changes, use free hours start/reconnect at after 2am only.

The bill will be for January 2010.
How could you get Feb 2010 telephone bill now itself /
Check your usage portal and confirm tariff plan changes and usage data till date.
BSNL Portal ( 14digit UsagePortalId and PW to be obtained from exchange )

the bill you received is of january month.Your next bill (february)plan will be 750 plus.plan change will effect only from first march,if you want to change the plan again to 250 contact the BSNL customer care immediately (before 28 february)

Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format. Post the effective date and status here. You will be charge Rs. 1350 in the next bill. The Rs. 750 you paid as advance is returned to you. Show your father this bill and tell him than they will reclaim this amount next month. Hope he will understand how small is this month's bill.

means i will have to deposit around 600 rs?
