    Default speed management

    hi guys

    i want to know how bsnl manages download speed for diffrent plans and so subscribers for example in our building there are 3 bsnl subscribers having broadband connection 750 UL having 256 Kbps ,second having 512 Kbps plan
    and third has 2Mbps unlimited how bsnl manages this i mean to say what hardware is used to do so and mainly is this hackable to get 2Mbps on 256 line thanks for replys

    You can request your neighbour to give a parallel line so that you can use his high speed connection on your modem. It is not easy to hack BSNL lines as port binding is in place.

    You can go WIFI and ask 2 Mbps U/L user ( 0200-0800AM) to allow you to use that time to download /surf. ( You should know the security key)
    Your modem will be off.
    In desktop also you can add a wireless PCI lan card.
    @. If he gives a parallel telephone connection to you, ONLY ONE modem will be in use. If you surf, he cannot work at same time.
    750 U/L user can give WIFI to all !
