VPI VCI for BSNL 0 and 35
If you are in "Dialer" mode try.
enter BSNL userId and password.
DNS may need change.
Post copy/Paste this data.
Start run type cmd Ok
new window
type ipconfig /all
will give modem settings link later.

i cannot find any wan option in advanced setup
confirm modem menu pages look like this.

the problem is modem assigning airtel dns ( 125.22.47.125 ) to system
option 1 :
go to Maintenance
select Factory Default Settings.
Start again follow MTNL PDF file.
VPI/VCI for bsnl 0 and 35.
Option 2 :
see screen shot
enter 8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220
Save reboot.

In this page DNS RELAYthe problem is modem assigning airtel dns ( 125.22.47.125 ) to system
check option to enter dns
8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220 is available.
Move the slider.
