Thread: Shifting to UL 750

Hi!!

I know this thread doesn't make some sense but i am changing to UL 750 due to huge bills.

The question is this time again will i get my plan changed in this month only and do i have to pay previous plan bill(500c+)????

Or will they change the plan next month?

Plan change will occur in next month. You can apply now so that plan will get changed on 1 st of next month. Until the plan is changed, you will be charged as per 500 C + plan. And Welcome to the club

The Customer Care siad that when its provisened in the portal then i can use the UL 750 and the charges for 500C+ will also come in the bill.

Is that so??

And yeah now i realized how important are UL plans in life.

Yes. Suppose you get your plan changed on 21st of this month. For 20 days you need to pay 500 C + rent and for later UL 750 rent. Even if you move to an unlimited plan this month you cannot use it unlimited till you get the plan provisioned. Also your monthly limit will 2.5 GB X 20/30 instead of full 2.5 GB.

What will be for next 10 Days.Unlimited???

Unlimited (only for UL 750, UL 1350 and UL 1499)

And if i don't exceed the 500c+ limit and my plan gets changed first then will i pay monthly fixed rent of 500c+ and UL750 Both?

If your plan changes on first April, you need to pay only Rs.600 of 500 C+ rent. Please note you will be charged Rs. 750 as one month rental in May bill. I think you have already payed Rs.600 in the beginning. In that case you will have to pay Rs. 150. You may like to read these

What is the effective date. A day or later, check your usage. If it shows chargeable units as zero, feel free to use.

Now any guess about bill????I have used 483MB in 500c+.

And i have recently got a decrease in speed.so i think its really changed.

Wait till tomorrow. I think you can use up to 427 MB for 5 days. Extra will be charged as 80 paise per MB.

now i am sure my plan is changed.i am getting a speed of 30KBps.so this is only things we get in this plan.

1st March to 4th March will be under Home500C+
Day usage allowed for 4 days.
2560/30 or 31 = approx85or /83 MB x 4 =340MB or 330 MB approx. free allowanace.
Chargeable unit ( less Nu ) "X" MB minus 250 MB = "Z" MB will be charged.
Data portal will show from 5th March 0
( Usage meter change effective 0000 AM on 5th March)

It isn't showing the usage of 5/3/10 when today is 6/3/10.
