    Default Confirm my plan

    I am in confusion regarding my plan. I was in 500C+ plan. On 26th Feb I went to BSNL and apply for annual discounted payment under the same plan. They issued a Demand Note and I have paid the same. Now, when I enquire in my portal, I found that it is showing Combo 500 plan. Then I went to the BSNL again and enquire the same. They told me & also show me in their computer that I am in Home500CP plan. Then I called 1500. The CC executive also told me that I am in C500+ plan. Now friend please confirm me that in which plan exactly I am now.

    Now you are in Home500C ( + sign missing ?)
    data limit 1.5 GB
    phone calls allowed 175.
    For annual discounted plan
    What amount you paid ?
    If you are a Govt employee/retd etc another 20%
    discount to be claimed.
    Home 500C Rs 5000/= Annual payment
    Home 500C+ Rs 6000/= Annual payment.

    You say: 500C+
    BSNLCC: Home500CP
    Portal: combo500
    1500 CC: I am in C500+
    wait......


    Home500C+ for Rs 600/P.M with 2.5 GB d/l and 50 telephone calls nomenclature not changed.

    Your plan is 500 C not 500 C +.

    Only thing you can do is to cross 1.5 GB usage and get the bill. If you are in 500 C+, you won't be charged extra.

    I agree with you people that I am in HOME500C plan. But the computer in the BSNL office shows "HOME500CP" the exact term is quoted here. Even I can post the screenshot of that computer (tomorrow or the day after tomorrow). And regarding payment : I have paid 5294.00 (Breakup:
    Annual Discounted Payment = 6000.00
    As Govt Employee 20% Discount = 1200.00
    Payable amount (6000 - 1200) = 4800.00 (Without TAX)
    + Tax 10.30 % = 494.00
    Hence Net Payable amount = 4800+ 494 = 5294.00.
    And I have paid the same amount to the Cash Counter.

    Take a print out of postpaid orders page and show them. I think the only thing we can do is wait for the bill.

    I am thinking that there may be problem with the portal page, because the BSNL emplyee told me that "We are not conecrned about your portal page, Your bill will be generated by our accounts section and will be done according to our system information. Moreover in my place the BSNL employee are verymuch helpfull and always maintain good relation with the customer. I can even request SDE Broadband & even the general manager of our SSA to make a call to NIB for correction. But I do not know whether it is possible for them(NIB people) to rectify or not. (As once we were in a urgent need of a static IP . At that time I requested SDE broadband over phone to provide that immidiately and he ring back within one hour to inform our static IP)

    quote your bill no. consumer no for Rs 4800/paid
    Ask why portal shows Combo 500
    (Home 500C)
    instead of Home 500C.+ ( PLUS)
    Check your portal on Tuesday.

    @ Thank you for your suggestion. But why on tuesday? Please explain & Is it possible for NIB peolpe to rectify it? As I am 100% sure that the problem is arising from the BSNL activation/plan change server. As I have seen my plan status in telephone exchange.

    two days holidays Sat and Sunday and "Holi" mood !
    This complaint on line will go to NIB2 at Bengaluru, and I presume by Monday
    in your Usage portal correct nomenclature will be entered. .
    You are on strong grounds as Annual rent payment is for Home500C+
    or Home 500C Plus.
    In your bill next month check the free calls allowed 50 calls only.
    or If you are entitled for free telephone calls as ex BSNL officer etc ,this won't help!
    Note the OnLIne complaint number.

    And save the present usage portal"

    When in case of dispute, oral promises, assurances won't help you.
    Incidentally, another member is struggling to get 20% discount on Annual Plan in Kolkatta Bsnl, even though their WEBsite shows the facility is allowed.given.
    In fact, for "Aam Admi" the discount is for 2 months
    rent and not 20%. ( or rather 10 months rent )

    But note that this has been change in the portal, you can say it's in BRAS.
    The people you meet in the BSNL office for biling or whatever else and the CC people they dont have acces to the main portal.
    The plan what they are shows to you in their computer that is not an important, the important is what you see in your portal.
    This is true that the bills are generated by the accounts section but according to the portal usages not by their system shows plan.

    If you dont apply for plan changes then it's better to talk to your SDE
    I think SDE will sure help you.

    Another things you have to know that for giving Static IP, for changing plan and others account related issue solve by the Local Exchange, If that local Exchange has the SDE or DE office. You dont have to call NIB people or they dont have to call NIB people to do this simple things because this Exchange has BSNL agent who are authorized to access the Admin portal to do this job. Thats why you got a static IP within a hour.

    If you are confirm that the SDE can help me Then my problem will be solved within next 18 hours. Yes it is true that the SDE office is having facility to activate new BB accounts within a day and even having the facility to reset password and port binding issues. But regarding portal correction I am not sure. I am having the all the documents... like payment receipt etc.....
