Default using 750+ plan download and upload never goes above 26-30 kbps

if i test my connection speed with speed test that gives me above 200kbps for download and 125 kbps for upload. but when ever i try to do real downloads for movies, songs and direct downloads from websites that never goes above 26-30 kbps. if i am downloading movies at 26kbps in bit torrent clint or any other download at that speed then same time i can not surf internet web pages because of slow speed, then i pause my downloads so i can surf the web.

    Basic internet Mathematics

    1 kB = 8 kb

    32 KBps = 256 kbps

Note the difference between b = bits, B = Bytes

I too use UL 750. I get 30 KBps download and 25 KBps upload. What you are getting is normal.

If you can't browse, decrease the download speed of torrents. I normally keep it at 15 KBps.
