    Default Help me with BSNL usage detaails

    i have been using bsnl internet for the past 4 years i never had any problem but due recent frequent disconnection problem the BSNL ppl changed my ID from xxxxx_hyd to idphonenuber, since then iam not able to check my usage details, whenever i login to selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in and click on service tab and on check my unbilled usage details the page usage details are currently not available plz try again later or contact customer care representative. I have been contacting the bsnl ppl for the past 5 months but still no solution for my problem. Plz could any help me why iam getting this error, i have been using BBusage tool to check my usage details, but iam not confident whether it show the proper details or not, this is the error

    Try these applications as standby and cross check the usage , when BSNL Hyderabad usage website is normal. Usage from today only, if you install now.
    NetworX
    Bandwidth monitor, bandwidth speed test, bandwidth and traffic monitoring tool for Windows
    or the Shaplus Meter/s.

    Shaplus is a good tool. I myself use it. Netwrox has graphical display.

    NetworX has quota limit menu.

    Default How long does it take to update the usage details by BSNL?

    Please see my usage detail downloaded today from the portal.

    My problem is that, the usage data does not show anything after 04-03-2010 02:01:15 PM, though I have used the internet in the evening as well as night.

    I have also used on 05-03-2010 between 1 AM and 2 AM and again during the evening.

    On 06-03-2010, I used during the evening.

    On 07-03-2010, I used between 2 AM and 8 AM, wherein I downloaded a whole LOT of stuff ( between 800-900 Mb), THOUGH my usage data shows activity only between 06:24:28 AM - 07:14:00 AM (Please mind here I DID NOT disconnect my modem at any time between 2 AM and 8 AM.)

    No data is available for the 8th March (I can understand that its recent and might not have been updated). BUT WHY THE HELL IS THE USAGE DATA MISSING BETWEEN 4/3/10 AND 7/3/10 ?

    Isn't 5 days too long for a data to be updated as today is the 9th ????? And if the data is not updated regularly why is there a partial usage detail shown for the 7th AND THAT TOO IS WRONG ? Should I wait for a few more days and allow these lazy bsnl guys to update the usage details, because I have aboslutely NO idea as to how much have I used. I started using a bandwidth meter from yesterday, so I know how much have I used since yesterday but not before that.

    Any comments or suggestions will be appreciated.

    Beginning of the month BSNL sites very much lag in uploading data. Check after a day or two.
