i have been using bsnl internet for the past 4 years i never had any problem but due recent frequent disconnection problem the BSNL ppl changed my ID from xxxxx_hyd to idphonenuber, since then iam not able to check my usage details, whenever i login to selfcare.sdc.bsnl.co.in and click on service tab and on check my unbilled usage details the page usage details are currently not available plz try again later or contact customer care representative. I have been contacting the bsnl ppl for the past 5 months but still no solution for my problem. Plz could any help me why iam getting this error, i have been using BBusage tool to check my usage details, but iam not confident whether it show the proper details or not, this is the error
