    Default Wrong stats recorded

    I'm user of combo 500(earlier known as 500C) plan since 2 years. All of a sudden I'm greeted with this tonight!

    I switched on the modem at 9 last night, kept the PC in hibernation had a torrent running, scheduled the pc to start at 2.05am. (I'm doing this since 1.5years).

    BSNL recording system has not started a new session at 2am at all and instead recorded the usage as non-night usage.

    Whom should I approach now?
    Guide me...

    Talk with the accounts officer. He will be the right person to help you. Take a print out of this screen shot with you.

    If your previous bills don't show additional charges for Data usage, A.O may consider average hourly D/L and give waiver.

    10PM to 08AM say total 10Hours 4 GB
    average 400 MB per hour aprrox
    Chargeable 400 MB X 4 = 1 .6 GB approx

    Check the data/file downloaded in your
    Download manager. Any time block shown
    for each file download ( average speed )?

    FDM has option for Time limit
    BOX
    "LIMIT time when FDM can start downloads"
    Allow to start only from 0205 0755


    Unless you were using an unsecured WIFI
    link , download earlier to 0200AM cannot be explained, with PC in Hibernation>

    Give an application, now itself , with annexures, and get an ack from CC.
    Post screen shot earlier dates usage with NU timings, to claim faulty metering. ( showing change over at 0200AM irrespective of starting time.)

    Thanks for your replies. I'll go to the office today with the print outs. I'm not optimistic in this regard though.
    I downloaded a torrent from 2.05 am to 8am. uTorrent shows a runtime of 5hr 55min for that torrent. There's no way for the PC to have turned on earlier. Also I use a bandwidth meter to show usages during non-free times. That also doesn't show any usage.
    I don't have wifi enabled in my modem, in fact it is type 1 modem.
    This is just poor recording mechanism of BSNL

    Problem here.
    Old 500 is called BB500
    Also there are three old plans
    Home 500 2.5 GB (NU) New BB500
    Home500C 1.5 GB ( NU) New combo 500
    Home 500C+ 2.5 GB (NU) ( Not Known )
    I'm user of combo 500
