I am using BSNL's broadband since 2006 and never faced this kind of problem..i am totally surprised...and i know during 9 to 2 i didnt download anything....after 2 i just started downloading movies....but they didnt excluded ....Any Idea Whom to talk..??Please help me ......

Give details from the torrents/Download manager .How much was downloaded .

.0155 AM and 0205. ( Modem switched off and switched on again )

Which is your tariff plan ?
for 10 hours approx d/l about 3700MB
50% may be charged.

if you can show other proof that full download was done between 0200AM to 0800AM A.O may agree to full waiver.

If you are BSNL BB user since 2006 , did you change tariff plan/s or disconnect and again availed BB ?.Your IP appears to be117.xx.xx.xx with abcd 1234 @ bsnl.in
I think you are new to night unlimited. To avail night unlimited, you need to switch off and on your modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am. Most of the users here use Imran's Broadband Helper Utility for this plus. What I mean is, even if you do not download before 2.00 am, unless the connection is not restarted, you will not get night unlimited.Originally Posted by sonic
