Default Suggest two Dataone plans for me!!!

    hi guys,

I am currently using Home 500C+. I don't want to browse beyond 2.5GB limit in normal time as the exceeded usage will be charged.

So I planned to get one more dataone connection to my home solely for unlimited plan which will be used only for browsing.

I have planned to get Home 750 UL+ plan for browsing and use existing Home 500C+ connection for downloading at 2 to 8.

My budget is 1500INR per month. Suggest any other better combination of Dataone plans which fits within my budget also my requirements.

Does MTNL is available in your area???

    1. Home 500 c for downloading Rs. 552/month .
    2. Use GPRS/Edge/2G/3G from Mobile, costs much lesser than 750.

Or, the single one, Try BSNL EVDO.

So this plan is better than home ul1350 or ul750 for regular users like me also who don't exceed above 20-22GB.

It is excellent if you do not download much and would like surf most of the time. 25 GB accounts to around 800 MB per day which is more than enough for domestic needs.

    Or, BSNL at Rs. 1350.

    Or, Airtel at Rs. 1699.

In the VAS Home Combo ULF 1499 url it is written:
"promotional new BB VAS Home Combo unlimited plans under Home Category for a period of 90 days w.e.f 01.12.2009
What do the underlined words mean?

Guys, as the thread starter has BSNL, he/she cannot be from Mumbai or Delhi. So MTNL is out.

@madhanacdc, if your budget is Rs. 1500/- why don't you look at UL 1350+? One plan that is unlimited and not too slow either (@512 kbps).

    hey just4kix,

u r right. im neither from mumbai nor delhi. im from tamilnadu. also my area has only bsnl. im a heavy downloader and also use to browse lot of time. as my current plan (500C+) doesn help me to browse much. i considered to get one new connection for browsing and keep old (500C+) for downloading at 2 to 8. hence i planned getting 750UL+. so the bill will sum up something like this (Rs.600 + Rs.750 + 10.89 % service tax = Rs.1497.015). but the problem with this decision is, i have a dekstop + a laptop + a iphone. i have only one wireless router so i stopped confusing and decided to change my current plan (500C+) to 1350UL+.

what is ur comment on my decision....

I think you are making the right decision. It is better to have one connection than two. Better to manage, check usage (well irrelevant in case of UL1350+) and better for bill payment also (only one bill to pay).

You should go for 1350UL+ plan. It is really good. you will get upto 64 KB/s of downloading speed which is quite good and also fine to watch videos online.......

Same. But well seeded torrents may take you to 64 KBps.
