YO, wats up dudes!
I am from Dombivli(Thane dist) Maharashtra.
I got my BB connection on 3 march 2010. Home500 plan.
area officer told me that go to
selfcare,wdc,bsnl,co,in (replace , with .)
for usage details(other sites dont work!)
he told me that you will get usage details on 12 march
and site says 'Total Vol.(MB) 3204.63' WTF? i hardly used 500mb

1)Why they include night unlimited usage?
2)someone posted thread like on night unlimited u cant dnlod nore than1.55GB in one night is it true?
3) Dont tell me to call customer care i called 100times on 6numbers they dont pickup the phone
4)Why i cant log in dataone.in?

There is no limitation for night downloading from 2-8 am, I download about 3.5 GB regularly.

Take a copy of the usage check and contact Nodal officer.

Please post your usage details screen shot.

To avail night unlimited, you need to switch off and On your modem a little after 2.00 am and a little before 8.00 am. Most of the users here use Imran's Broadband Helper Utility to automate this process while they sleep.

No need to worry, talk a print out of the screen shot and talk to the accounts officer. He will be the right person to help. This kind of incidents are common and he will understand your part.

Cannot able to post screen shots???

1. While viewing the webpage press print scrn button on the keyboard.
2. Go to Paint and paste the copied webpage.
3. Edit as you like, and then save it.
4. Go to Reply and upload image .......
