Thread: huwai modem takes a long time to reboot after power cut

I'm using a Huwaei MT841 modem

I have the modem connected to a UPS; but when I have to switch it off after an extended power cut; when the power comes back it takes a very long time for the modem to actually connect to the internet.

SNR Up/Down 14 dB /22.0 dB
Attenuation Up/Down 7.0 dB /13.5 dB
G.Dmt mode

What is the power adapter used ? 12 V~ A.C or 12 V =D.C 1 Amp ?
modem seems to be Ok.

check if ur adapter is ok.

also see if the voltage is enough to run a pc.

Try connecting ur modem to ups and ups to inverter.
