Thread: not able to know my portal orders

i am using bsnl broadband home combo plan. i am not able to know my present tariff plan from data .bsnl.in. i check the know your portal orders link. give my phone number and usaer id. it checks a few seconds and gives no records found. i come under kerala circle. how is it possible to know my present status as home 250 plan, combo 500 etc? ( of course i want to know it from the page concerned) help plz.

No need to enter the user ID. Just enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit search order. The phone no should be entered as 484#2233446.
