    Default Is BSNL portal www.data.bsnl.in working?

    I am not able to see my broadband usage logs after page one also it is showing some weired figures of usage.

    Is anybody facing the same . I am from pune and have Home 500 C+ plan (Free Download/Upload Limit (GB) upto 2.5 GB)

    working fine here. Try How to check BSNL Broadband usage
    Download "BSNL Broadband Usage 2.x" software

    Working fine for me as well...I am in WB...try downloading the usage details if you can't get past the first page...

    Check with Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). He will be the right person to help. Call customer care and ask his no.

    Well last month, BSNL has slapped me with extra usage bills. It was also getting reflected in web usage but i was sure something is wrong as i never used it.

    However i had no proof , i paid bill.

    But started observing usage also subscribed to their usage SMS service.

    Not to mention , usage mention in SMS and Web Log DOESNT MATCH for sametime line.

    Here are proof.





    SMS showing Higher usage as of 26 March 10.





    Weblog showing Lower usage as of 31 March 10.


    How can take up this complaint. I am sure, they have cheated on me last month also.

    Guys .. just be aware....
