    Default Lousy customer service @BSNL

    The following faults exist with my number:
    1. The BSNL fixed line seems to have a mind of its own. It offers me a dial tone only at its own free will and not on my request.
    2. The BSNL broadband connection also has a mind of its own. It blesses me with stable connectivity only 2 out of 10 times after I pray for it each day.

    I have been facing these issues in their most disturbing form in the past 2 months & have been trying to put them across to the concerned people at BSNL but nobody at BSNL is bothered about customer dissatisfaction..
    Despite the fact that I haven’t been able to use my fixed line and broadband to meet my requirements, I’m forced to pay the bills for the entire months.
    If I were as idle as BSNL’s employees, I would definitely have moved consumer court over this. But BSNL should thank its stars, I’m not. However, I will definitely use as many blogs & other public forums possible to tell my story.

    even though BSNL offers good schemes, it is ruined because of those pigs who sit in BSNL exchange and brag themselves as BSNL EMPLOYEE. the worst part is that when NO RESPONSE given for customers who even walks into BSNL exchange for 1000 times.

    mention your modem/model/make number.
    From Advanced options
    Select ADSL menu.
    Give as annexure the page as a jpg picture.

    Confirm you use an ADSL splitter.

    Very true...I've made at least 10 trips to BSNL exchange at sector 39, noida. Every time they say "our line man will come and check the fault"...
    Till date, I haven't seen the face of a single lineman.

    1. Get your line checked with the line man.

    2. Post your SNR and attenuation values.

    3. Bypass the splitter and connect directly to the modem and check.
