The following faults exist with my number:
1. The BSNL fixed line seems to have a mind of its own. It offers me a dial tone only at its own free will and not on my request.
2. The BSNL broadband connection also has a mind of its own. It blesses me with stable connectivity only 2 out of 10 times after I pray for it each day.
I have been facing these issues in their most disturbing form in the past 2 months & have been trying to put them across to the concerned people at BSNL but nobody at BSNL is bothered about customer dissatisfaction..
Despite the fact that I haven’t been able to use my fixed line and broadband to meet my requirements, I’m forced to pay the bills for the entire months.
If I were as idle as BSNL’s employees, I would definitely have moved consumer court over this. But BSNL should thank its stars, I’m not. However, I will definitely use as many blogs & other public forums possible to tell my story.
