Default Incorrect bill for Feb 2010

In January my usage is around 2800mb and they billed correct amount.ok
But in Feb they added usage of January 31st and overbilled.
and now on usage detail portal of Jan month they removed that 31 jan record and added into Feb, so it shows 2300mb in Jan i.e (below 2560 so free) but i already paid for extra usages in Jan. i am going to accout officer in bsnl tomorrow. anyone having same problem?

    Default similar problem

I had used 2500 MB in december 2009 and 2550 MB in January 2010. On only December 31st, I used close to 150 MB. But BSNL did not include that usage in December bill. Instead they put it along with January bill and charged me almost rupees 125 extra. I tried calling the helpline but didn't do anything else. From then onwards, I dont use more MB on first or last days of the month.

Well last month, BSNL has slapped me with extra usage bills. It was also getting reflected in web usage but i was sure something is wrong as i never used it.

However i had no proof , i paid bill.

But started observing usage also subscribed to their usage SMS service.

Not to mention , usage mention in SMS and Web Log DOESNT MATCH for sametime line.

    Here are proof.

SMS showing Higher usage as of 26 March 10.

Weblog showing Lower usage as of 31 March 10.

How can take up this complaint. I am sure, they have cheated on me last month also.

    Guys .. just be aware....

    @idea
    download this FREE application
and have your own usage meter ( not based on BSNL Portal )
    Checks hourly/daily/weekly/monthly data
    2.
    For April 2010 compare readings.
This be useful if charged period and free
NU period is continously recorded by BSNL.
    NetworX
VOIP traffic will not be recorded.

Again BSNL bill has been wrongly calculated for the month of April 2010. They included the usage only upto 25th April in the bill and the remaining usage from April 26th to April 30th is unbilled and will be included in May bill. This means that the May bill will be inflated by the addition of April unbilled amount. They never adjust the amount charged in extra for their wrong billing. Dont know why BSNL is playing such cheap tricks.
