Arrow At times I cannot connect to the bsnl internet using telenet 2120

At times I'm unable to connect to the internet (BSNL) using the telenet 2120 modem eventhough there is a link. It tells me to verify username and password.
At times I easily get connected. Can any suggest me the solution for this.

May be an error in port at exchange. Check with them.

    Please post

    1. Start > run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.
