Thread: Need urgent help on my PLAN CHANGE!!!

my existing plan is Home 500C+ . i applied for plan change to Home 1350 UL+ on 5th of this month (05-MAR-2010). as we all know the plan change will be effective from next month (in my case APRIL).

i have changed my mind and wanted to come back to old plan Home 500C+ itself. what will happen if i request bsnl officer to change my plan to Home 500C+. please help me with this issue. i will take a decision after discussing with you guys...

Go to Bsnl office and write a letter to cancel the change. They just need proof of what u have demanded i guess..

Did you check up the Plan change details in Usage Portal ?
Any change in the speed now ?
Check usage. and see any usage entries in day time showing as zero.

Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders enter the phone no in the prescribed format and hit search. Post the screen shot after blackening personal details. This to check whether there are any changes in orders.

In the mean time, give an application to cancel your plan change as soon as possible. If the order is processed, I think you need to keep it for one month and then again give a request to change back to Home 500 C+.
