For Usb drivers you can download Beetel 220BX USB drivers

You will get the Firmware version also.
    Please give it here.

Go to http://192.168.1.1/look.html and enter username and password as "admin" in both the places without quotes.

Or, only go to http://192.168.1.1 and enter username and password as "admin" in both the places without quotes. There you can able to see Firmware Version.

    How many Desktop computers (without
wireless LAN card ) you intend to use ?
    How many laptops?
Presume the modem has LAN and USB ports.

usually USB drivers are not required.
I have posted details in earlier post.

I only have a single desktop. I have connected the modem to pc through ethernet. Do we have drivers for that . If yes, I want drivers for that. Please suggest some link. I don't want USB drivers.

I frequently get disconnected that too for a long time 1 day or 2days when I contacted the bsnl technician he said the problem is with my modem(telenet tndsl 2120)but at times my modem works properly. Is the problem really with my modem. When i get disconnected , the link light will no glow but when i ping i get the reply and when I check the status by clicking the lan I receive some lakhs of packets. I don't have the drivers for my modem is that the problem. Please reply.

    @sandy33
Since you can access the modem settings pages,
    STEP 1 :
go to tools menu and save/backup present settings to say C:/My Documents/ TND2120 old values
    STEP 2 :
In DSL options uncheck adsl2 + only.
IN DNS uncheck box and enter these values
    8.8.8.8 and 208.67.220.220
SAVE reboot wait for two minutes.
    Step 3 :
    Under Statistics select ADSL
Give as jpg screen shot as annexure
    here
    or upload at tinypic.com
and give the link here as
    Example
    hxxp://234.tinypic.com/12qw456.jpg

    Para two:
You may upgrade the device drivers of the
ethernet card later. For modem to function no additional drivers needed now.
    Feedback:
    START RUn type cmd Ok
    New window
    type ipconfig /all
    copy paste data here.
