    Default Wat a speed am i getting..

    Just got my Broadband username and password today and i just did pppoe settings on my ut starcom ut300r2u modem with a D-link dir-300 wireless router and i got a Home UL 750 Plus...

    Just look at the speed guyz...

    It cannot be Ul750.

    Got 106kbps in a torrent

    Tat wat i wrote and gave while giving the connection....

    How to check my current plan...

    From airtel i got...

    Your download speed is 1.58Mbps

    upload speed is 399kbps

    Arrow Help

    Hey guys,
    Regarding the speed I got after doing the speed test is the same shown as above with the same plan and modem. In torrent I am getting speed as low as 30 kbps. What can I do............As you all know its too slow...
    I had changed from 500C to 750 Ul...In 500C I got speed sometimes greater than 300kbps using special softwares........
    Please Help Me.................

    Should i give a complain or should i inform then about the speed....

    bec i cant pay over amount bill than Rs750 + tax

    Go to data.bsnl.in, under post paid orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit search. Post the screen shot after blackening the personal details.

    cannot find a menu named postpaid orders

    it says no record found...

    Enter only your telephone no. No need to enter service user ID.

    Service effective date is 25/3. Check tomorrow. Also check the usage details, check whether chargeable units is zero or not. As of now, your plan is yet to take effect. So use wisely.

    So it means they have not activated my Home ul 750+ plan wright....

    Did you checked the chargeable units. If it zero, UL 750 is activated. From the screen shot, it is yet to be activated.

    According to screen shot you will be changed to UL 750 +. The best way to check it is to check chargeable units excluding night unlimited. If it zero, your plan is UL 750 +. Please state your previous plan. May be you are getting speed according to your previous plan.

    The ad you placed are new plans. You may apply for it. It is better than UL 750 +.

    Provisioned date is today. Wait till status changes to provisioned. Still to mention - What is the chargeable units in usage details ? Post a screen shot here.

    Do you know what is chargeable units mean and how to cheak it.
    If you know how to check usages then check the chargeable units and reply here as the meetdilip says

    as far I know you will see the chargeable units 0 or you cant fiend and usages details in your portal. If you still get the 2mbps after your Service effective date then keep silence and dont report to BSNL. If you want to kill your speed then call BSNL.

    If your portal say you are in UL 750 and it's activated and you get 2Mbps then you dont have to warry about it.

    Just got a msg tat u have crossed your 1gb free limit....

    called the customer care and they told u r going in ul750+ only, try contacting ur near by bsnl office tomorrow...

    wat to do...

    Contact them as soon as possible.

    the drop down box in usage details is not showing anything....
    all the box are blank only

    Please mention your previous plan. One thing is certain, you are not in UL 750 +. Be wise and do not use much bandwidth still it is provisioned.
