urgent reply needed in Multiple telephones I have applied for a new telephone connection.
I asked the lineman why did he joined line in parallel option instead of line?
He replied that parallel is in working line is not!
I am talking about that junction box.There are two,One line and second parallel
Does it affects Telephone incoming?Does it affects the broadband too?
How can i connect multiple telephones?Say the necessary equipments required

1. You did not have any BSNL phone earlier.
2. Now a new telephone line /number say 22223333. has been given with extension to another room.
Presume you have ADSL splitter and modem to connect to BB. and telephone is in say Computer room.
Use additional ADSL splitter in the extension LINE
(say Bedroom). for the other instrument..
3.You need more telephone instruments!How can i connect multiple telephones?Say the necessary equipments required
Show the lay out of your /rooms, first floor etc and where you need extensions.
If you use RJ11 telephone cables/connectors, , from the ADSL Splitter PHONE port
no problem.
Internal telephone wiring to different rooms is not done by BSNL.

Why do you want second line in your home??? It is better to user other provider then the same one as then you can use services of both of them.....
What is the main requirement for your new Line??? second broadband plan???
If you want second plan too then go for Airtel. That means downloading in BSNL`s home 500 c plan and surf on other plan.
Please tell me why do you need as I cannot understand why do you want the sketch ???It would be clear if you post it with sketch!
