Thread: BSNL prepaid broadband?

Anybody know about this?

I recently received a mail from BSNL saying I have been subscribed to it, though i did nothing of the kind.

Does it mean BSNL will cancel my existing plan?

You can at the same time have post paid and prepaid connections. If it not you who applied, complain as soon as you can.

You can have both at the same time. But if it is not you who applied, better launch a complain.

Check in your usage portal. Any Change in Tariff plans.
Check both post paid and prepaid.
Also await bill for March 2010.

customer portal says i have been subscribed to a "starter plan" for prepaid broadband. they have given an initial balance of Rs 30!

don't know how i could possibly use both post/pre paid broadband at the same time with only one land line connection.

further, a look at the tariffs page on bsnl site shows some changes. they have removed/renamed/changed the old plans. i cant see home 250, home 500 and home 500c.

Username & passwords will be separate for both the services. So you can login for the two services by their respective ID,s.
