Default BSNL Goes crazy with Billing

    Hi there IBF members,

It seems that BSNL is going crazy with their billing system and driving its customers mad especially people who opt for internet with them [WLL, High speed, Broadband].

It's just not me, but there are 100's of people who i have personally come across in various CS [Customer Service] departments and Main Officers Block in Bangalore who have and are keeping on juggling with them regarding high Bill's generated on them by these people [can say BSNL are ripping peoples hard earned money just for opting their service].

Some instances that have and are happening in real:

Instance one: One of my fellas friend who is using BSNL broadband Home UL750 Plus Plan pays 3000+/- every month and roams all the BSNL office's for this as why he is being charged so much,..

Instance two: I myself am suffering with them, as i get 1k+/ to 1.5k+/- billed every month and just run to every office having a complaint in my hand and spend more than 1.5k+ on cell phone recharge [Vodafone get's lucky at every month end] and end up just by paying their bill online,...

Instance three: I saw 6 people trashing a BSNL person in a subjugate road for charging them more than 6k/- every month, to say that officer had introduced them to BSNL services by saying Bsnl is good...

Instance four: Every month when bills reach customer's hand i see people rushing mad for either disconnecting their services or with frightening bills and waste money+paper same as the way i do and land in no where...

There are many much Instances[Incidents] that are making people dizzy and provoking them, i say Hackers must see on BSNL too and make them pay for this as they are making people curse them always...

BSNL people to say have good nack of convincing even those people who rage in anger at them by their sweet words like Politicians and re-again convert them as their customers...

That's not all, i too keep on hearing about such incidents every day and this has become to say one of my routine part...

PS: What to do when you don't have any other service provider in your area???

ALL i say is ALWAYS KEEP YOURSELF AWAY FROM BSNL UNTILL UNLESS YOU ARE SURE WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND DEALING WITH

OH GOD!!! PLEASE PROTECT US THE INDIAN'S FROM THE WRATH OF BSNL TOO AS YOU DID TO THE SATAN LIKE SIFY

    - Written on behalf of all the suffering people [customers] of BSNL like myself...

Want my LL number: 23723991 [I mostly take LL off as it makes Satanic sound when BB is on]
Wanna Call: 9739321019 [Preferred contact number]

    Download NetworX application ( FREE)
and compare usage details on Hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis.
    Compare with BSNL usage portal.
If any excess billing show print out from above application.
This will be also useful, when for NU plans BSNl reads Nu period as Charged ( say 1130 PM to 0630AM)

    New application:Enter in MB ( not for U/L H24 plans )

It is advisible to be on an unlimited plan. It can safeguard you against huge bills.

Bsnl is notorious for excess billing as it is having monopoly. And we poor customers have no alternative. As suggested by senior members of our forum you should switch to some unlimited plan.
