Thread: Modem problem : UT300R2U

HI,
I am unable to connect to the modem though the LINK & PCUSB led glows consistently, the data led doesn't glow...it seems to go on and on forever..suddenly it gets connected.
Please help me how I can rectify this error....it happens quite often...did the modem go crazy ?

There must be some prob in the wire u have connected...

check the DSL wire by connecting it into the telephone directly and the other end to the main line and try to use usb cable insted of lan...

Please give Statistics/adsl data
showing mod selected/snr attn line rate AND RATE .
Even with adsl splitter in use , Modem is
DIRECTLY connected to BSNL Phone Junction.
Ensure All PHONES ( anywhere ) are connected AFTER
the ADSL Splitter.
