    Unhappy Confsed about my current BB plan

    I had kept my phone and BB connection in 'Safe Custody' for a few months. I had UL750 plan before and i had applied for the same plan during the reconnection. I got the connection on 3 April 2010 and today (5 march 2010) my browser displayed a page saying "You Have Exceeded you 1GB limit".
    When i called BSNL guys to verify, they said that im still on the UL750 plan.
    But im paranoid. Im still not sure of it and even the usage records of this month is not updated in the portal.(When will it be updated?)
    (I cant even register on the bsnl selfcare site as it is not accepting my BBuserID at all.)
    Pleas help me out. I can afford to pay those huge bills....

    1. Go to data.bsnl.in, enter your 14 digit portal ID and password.Take postpaid orders, enter the phone no in the prescribed format and hit search. Please note that you need to enter only the phone no. You will get " my orders " page. Post the screen shot after blackening your personal details.

    2. Go to speedtest.net, perform a speed test and post the forum link.

    sorry, iam not being allowed to post URL's.
    Speedtest shows over 1.5mbps

    When will they update the usage for this montH??

    But this site ssss-multiplay . bsnl. co. in: 8080 /ssssportal. war says that my connection is home speed 256

    If your speed is what you stated, you are certainly not in UL 750. Where are you from ? Please mention your telecom circle. According to the portal you are on UL 750. But you will never get an alert in this plan. It is better talk to the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and confirm.

    How do you access this site ?
    without corruption type correctly.
    Change http to hxxp
    using UserID /PW
    Using Usage portal ID ( `14 digits) and Paassword as password.
    What is your tariff plan now ?
    To register in Selfcare page?
    Are you in Hyderabad ?
    Your user ID is say abcd123 @ dataone.in or abcd 123 @ bsnl.in

    "GoAdvanced" and scroll down the page
    Manage attachements
    Upload JPg screenshot as annexure.
    Keep size to readable minimum size.

    ohh...im not in hyderbad....im in karnataka...
    when will be the usage for this month updated?? i cant even verify it??
    user ID is abcd@bsnl.in (no numbers in it)
    im really confused....what shall i do now??

    You have not mentioned how you accessed the ssss portal.

    Download these applications to check locally your usage.A record on Hourly basis may help , if any problem with BSNL billing. ( some proof )

    i accessed the ssss thing with my userID and password.
    It say Home speed 256. what does it mean?

    i think you guys are not understanding. I wanted to know when will the usage records for this month be updated, so taht i can see if they are 'Charging' my downloads

    Usually in first week data is not availble in some circles.
    Try everyday. In the meantime you may get the bill !!!!

    I am BSNL Broadband user for past three years.
    I access my usage details as abcd @ dataone.in
    I have a choice of six web sites ( portals )
    mainly Use DATAFOX and Firefox browser to show usage daily, just above Task Bar.

    New users with @bsnl.in access BSNL Portal
    ( A new set of Portal Usage Id 14 digit with
    default password as password is given by the exchange .)

    Users in Hyderabad and some more towns
    access Self care page now.

    See other threads about this problem today.
    I am exhausted !!!!!!

    just say when can i check the records of this month using the BSNL portal. Currently my records are not updated for this month.

    Mostly in the first week, servers are down for the billing purpose. Can you please post the url to the multiplay portal here ?

    Why dont you go to www.data.bsnl.in/wps/portal
    check the order status there
    For login you need 14 digit portal ID

    Me got the same Problem tat u r having now...
    I booked my connection on March 9 and got it on march23rd and then got my user id on 24th night and on 26th got the 1gb limit exceeded, I called them and talked to a BB customer care officer and i told, ( now is the comedy part )

    I told clearly tat i am under 750ul+ plan and i am downloading 200 kBps sir and that F**** Gay told that, sir there are many traffic in ur place, so u wont be getting 256KBps speed sir, it will come arround suddenly...
    And for christ, i explained him the difference between Kbps and KBps ( F*** u BSNL )...
    Then i told them about the prob tat i got 1gb exceeded limit msg, and he ckecked something in the sys ( I think he was doing Hand Job ) and then he told suddenly see ur nearest exchange offfice...

    Nearly i got 3 times this msg in 10days and i have downloaded nearly 22gb of files and movies, and in Portal it says Zero in charges ....

    For checking the order status you dont have to go for usage record.
    Go to PostPaid Orders option and put your Telephone number along with STD code, see the example there.
