Make a call to the customer care, get the no. of accounts officer and talk to him. He can fix the error in minute's time. If still no result, you can launch a complaint to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.

You like to talk on phone , instead of directly seeing CC and hand over your application. You get a receipt number/ &date. 20%will be activated only from May 1st.
Then only we can complain to ONline

Without a written application with annexures ,
your 20% concession will not be effected.

That is true. Go in person if you can manage it. By phone and by mail may not be effective.
