Thread: What is "Provisioned"???

Hi people...

I wanna know what "Provisioned Plan " means...

I get this message in "Order status"...my total chargeable units aren't in accordance with my current plan although the plan displayed in Order status page is the one I opted for...is it coz of that "provisioned Status" thing??

Provisioned means activated, ready to use. Please mention

1. Current plan

2. Plan applied for .

Provisioned means that the service is now activated and ready to use.

like i was first using 500c+ plan.then i applied for UL750.when the orders status was Provisioned then i came to know that my plan is changed to UL750.

in my case, i had opted for closure('safe custody') on 15/10/2009 and is marked "provisioned"....
But now i have reconnected, but the updated status is not displayed.
I had opted for the same old UL750, but now i doubt that they have given me some 1gb limited plan...
What should i do?

I'd ordered a new BB connection on BSNL landline connection which I had since ages...no plan change...this is my first ordered plan

You may talk to customer care and take help from them about this problem.

Talk with the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). If still no solution, write a complaint with receipt to Nodal officer and appellate authority. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill.
