    Hi Friends

    I have taken up BSNL Broadband 250 Plan 2 months before. After the first Bill I have requested to Change the Plan to 900 unlimited Plan. I have been told that the Plan will be effected from this month begining. I was shocked to the Bill amount to 13000 for last month. when I enquired I was told that "THE PLAN WILL ONLY EFFECTED FROM DEC MONTH".

    Folks do you have any idea how to reverse this statement.

    ^ did you apply in writing for the plan change ?

    if you have given a written application then
    I'd suggest to personally contact the Commercial
    Officer / Area Manager of your Exchange to
    resolve this issue .
