Thread: How long it takes to change portal id

i m using bb 1000 plan i change portal id and password for data usage chech.but i cnt access with my new portal id and pass.help

Try with the old one provided by BSNL.

Is the old password working ? Try it. If not, request a password reset after a week.

Currently i am using 500 combo pack and now wants to change the plan to 499u/l ,i want to ask that will it change at the same instant i made the change in selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in or it will be start from next month??
and also i what is the cost if extra mb is consumed in 500 combo plan ??

No, it will not change instantly. It can take 2 days to one week.

UDAAN PROJECT -- BSNL seems to be good. Or you can give an application in person for better results. If your plan changes on say 28 th, you won't get full 1.5 GB for this month. It will be just 27/30 x 1.5 GB.
