    1. Try Opera Turbo.

    2. Change to OpenDNS or Google DNS.

    3. Clear the browser cache and try.

    4. Try a different browser.

    Feedback.

    Don't know about other sites, but Isohunt has blocked access to 117.xx.xx.xx. Its a rumour. Don't know how true is it. But opens on Opera Turbo.

    @blenders
    Please mention modem/model/make number.
    Also OS and browser and Firewall application/ AV used.
    Usually Opera turbo is recommended or
    MTU value is changed. DNS also.
    FlushDNS/ Release renew may also help.
    Interested in the solution for another member. ( Microsoft and Yahoo sites do not open for him)
    Please give feedback if solved.

    i think its a new initiative by DNS providers And ISP to block P2p sites,

    for example i use Google dns and my local isp dns, when using FF i am unable to open pirate bay, but with Opera its no problem at all because of the turbo servers,
