Default Can't access "Check Usage" anymore

    Hi,
I recently shifted, and was given a new username and password for my modem. Earlier, I could check usage from http : // sancharnet . in / dataoneredirect.htm (which would take me to http: // 10. 240. 64. 195/). Now, neither of the two are working. The dataoneredirect takes me to http : //hosting. bsnl. in/, which gives me this error:
    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
    http : //10. 240. 64. 195/ doesn't load.

Does anyone know what I can do?

    Thanks

PS: I'm from Bangalore if that makes a difference

EDIT: Sorry, I've put spaces between the links because I'm not allowed to post external links as yet.

Check your IP address here and post the beginning digits of your IP. Is it 117.xx.xx.xx or 59.xx.xx.xx.

What Is My IP Address? Lookup IP, Hide IP, Change IP, Trace IP and more...

Try data.bsnl.in. Log in using your 14 digit Portal ID and password is normally password.

Ah! Didn't realize that my IP had changed to the other series. It is the 117 series. But I don't know my portal id. How do I get that?

Make a call to the local exchange. They keep it in their records.

59.xx.xx.xx is brought by BSNL earlier. As customers increased they bought new slot as 117.xx.xx.xx. This what I heard
