Default upload speed is greater than download speed

My utorrent tool is showing more upload speed than download.

For example, upload speed 30 kbps ....download speed 15 kbps .....PC almost hang ....sloth .

Is there any way , I can cap the upload speed so that I can do some work in parallel ?

Does utorrent offer upload cap speed ? where to set ?

    or any other alternative ?

    any utorrent expert here ?

utorrent > Select the torrent > Right click > Bandwidth allocation > Set upload limit > 1 KBps

Intially you may not find the 1 KBps option, select the lowest one and repeat the steps.

    or

System tray > utorrent > Right click > Upload limit > 1 KBps

This will make the upload cap effective on all torrents in utorrent. If in doubt feel free to ask.

Select 25 KB/s and repeat the step. Now you will be able to see the lower values.
