I have been facing problem with my Boradband connection. I have Windows Vista Premium edition installed in My Laptop. wihile connecting to the broadband with UT Starcom Moderm WA3002G4 it gives me error 815 Failed to connect to server. Also if connected suddenly connection gets disconnected giving Error No 815 failed to connect to server. More over during that condition DSL LED is Steady Yellow most of the time & some time its Yellow blinking. Internet Led is Blinking green on the Modem.
I have been facing this problem for last 4-5 months i launched various complaints against the same at BSNL Pune call center also the help line no mentioned at BSNL but till date my problem of Broad ban connection is not resolved i am fed up with the BSNL pune fo not resolving the problem. more over i am thinking to Cut off the BSNL broad band facility and switch to other service provider.
If any one has the solution to the sever problem faced by me kindly help me to resolve it.
Behaviour & attaitude of the BSNL and it offical including the employees has been pathetic.. for not resolving this issue.
