Thread: Cannot check my brodband usage.......pls help

i got this problem yesterday
whenever i give my portal id and pass on data.bsnl.in
the login is okay but then some Portal 1.6 from IBM is opening......
it show no option of checking ur dataone usage......
checked with my friends...they are not having the problem

1. Clear the cache/private data and try.

2. Try a different browser.

3. Try ipconfig/ flushdns

Another user in a similar forum reported the same problem. He is from Ulhasnagar. I think it has something to do with BSNL.

Did you try in friend's computer,
with your own 14 digit Portal ID and Default PW as password ( if both not changed by
you ) and you could access your usage data in normal portal web page ?
Confirm.
if Ok follow @meetdilip's suggestions.

If your Location is in Kalyan SSA ( Maha )
nothing can be done by you to solve this.
Contact JTO ( BB) of your exchange.
or if you prefer make ONLINe complaint/s

Use application NetworX to check your usage, on hourly/daily/weekly/monthly basis from today.

i have checked it at my friend's pc......using my portal details........its not working........anyway thanks for the advise

Please give feedback, when you access the Usage portal .
If the consumer number as shown in telephone bill is 8 digits ( say example 23498543)you can post it here for me to check. ID PW etc not required.

seems usage till 12th april available in Selfcare page . confirm. can be saved as an Excel file.

I had same problem. Here you can see broadband uses your telephone bill and many more things. Try it.

Accessed the selfcare portal ( wdc) of
Maharastra BSNL with ID/PW provided by a user .
The worst speed, I experienced till date when accessing a web site.
IE8
Chrome: same slow download
Maxathon slightly better. got it finally!!!

Checked the BB usage of the user. Details available till 12th april.
I am sorry for BB users who have to access this selfcare page to check their usage.
I spent almost an hour
