Does anyone knows about bsnl broadband+landline free scheme offer?
I applied for that!But now i want that my outgoing should also be there
Bsnl people say that it is not possible?Is it so

Talk with BSNL people and get it changed to a regular connection.

I applied for ul 750

UL 750 or UL 750 + both don't have free calls. In the earlier thread, I think you mentioned ULF 900 right ?

Essbebe just asked me the tariff which i selected!
I didn't mentioned any of the Plan earlier!

I remember reading another query from you before two days. Ok, it is irrelevant. Ignore it.

UL 750 do not have free calls. Neither do UL 750 Combo. For UL 750, the default phone plan applies. You need to change the phone plan, not the broadband plan. Ask them to change your phone plan to general category.

Make an application addressed to BSN CC
mentioning your present Telephone number
Broadband tariff plan.
Say , You need both outgoing and Incoming calls.
Probably "ONE INDIA " plan is applicable.

IF
still NEW telephone connection/ BB has not been given
wait.
ELSE
make a trip to the nearest Exchange, as convenient to you and hand over the application
Get a receipt in your copy.
Revert back here after a week. with "SITREP"

But i already submitted that application on this saturday:17 April 2010
Still no response!

But i am using the telephone connection from 4 march onwards
And the broadband connection got activated on 10 Of march
If one india is applied then what about those 250 free calls with 1350+plan?
One india has only 50 free calls

Your application :you had given on APRIL/17th ( Saturday)
April 18th ( Sunday)
April 23 rd or 27th Indefinite strike by BSNL
you can wait till month end
All Plan changes ( if you had applied for any ) will be effected usually from
0001 AM May 1st 2010

In the meantime use your 14 digit portalID and PW ( get it from Exchange )
and check your usage details plan opted etc at BSNL Portal

Make written complaint with receipt to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no. on the backside of your bill. Call the no. and tell them there is no response to your phone's plan change application. The best method will be to visit your local exchange and enquire.

Hey i just got my outgoing activated!
But on dialing 1500 and series say 1502...3....4.....says Dial code doesnot exist!
aND YA WHAT ABOUT my free calls limit!

Yes. You will get 250 free calls for 30 days. But if your plan changes in between, you may not get all 250. If your plan changes on 21 st, you will get 20/30 x 250 free calls for this month.
