Thread: Plan change from 500 C to 500 C+

Hi All,
I am planning to change my broad band plan from Combo 500 C to Combo 500 C+. In BSNL site, I saw that the chart shows two particulars
1.Previous Nomenclature 2.Revised Nomenclature.
For old plan, the free calls was just 50 and for new 500 C+ its 250. Now my qustions are,
A. If i change the plan to Combo 500 C+, should i pay the full security deposit(600RS). Already i paid security deposit of 500RS for my current plan last year. Will they again charge me 600 or just 100rs alone?
B. How many free calls will i get? As per new plan 250 or just 50 calls alone?
C. Then any other hidden charges?( I saw some threads stating they got many problems(like speed limit,download limit, extra charge, etc...) during plan change)

No hidden charges!
Earlier this confused me too!U will get 250 calls!
100 rs. only or may be no security deposit!

Hey!

its limited to limited plan change so u have to be careful.

A. they will charge u extra usage of the previous plan+monthly charges+they rent of the new plan.

B. Free calls i don't know but i suggest 50 calls to be on safer side.

C. No hidden charges.Once the plan is changed and confirmed use accordingly.

A. You need not pay advance again. Just Rs. 100 will do. If they charges otherwise, talk to the account officer and get it refunded.

B. You will get 250 free calls.
