    The so-called best plans vary from user to user depending on the user's needs. So, if you state your needs, it would have been better for people to suggest a good plan for you.

    Well i need internet at any time with good downloading and browsing
    So i can't cross 1K at any cost!
    Well i am a college student and need net anytime so
    Browsing is More then Downloading
