    Default which plan is best

hi guys. i am new here. i have one doubt. i have dataone home 500c+ plan right now. my dad wants to change it to home 750ul plus. but it is very slow and i dont like it. so i am thinking about 900ul plan. in the bsnl website it says that the speed is 512kbps upto 8 gb and 256 after 8 gb. and i am also hearing that this 900ul is changed to 750 ul.so does this mean that the 750 plan also has the same speed like 900 ul? i mean like 512 kbps upto 8 gb and so on??

ULF 900 has speed of 512 Kbps up to 8 GB and 256 Kbps after that. ULF 900 is not UL 750. The speed of UL 750 has been temporarily upgraded to 512 Kbps. It ends 30th of this April and the speed will go back to 256 Kbps.

unlimited plans have lesser speed than limited plans. I was using UL 750 till last week. It is good plan provided you are not a heavy downloader. A movie takes one day to download. Hope this helped. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.

    Question

then what is the full form of ULF in ULF 900? UL means unlimited. what is the F for? fair usage or something??
I read that Bsnl changed ULF 900 to UL 750. thats is my doubt. since ULF 900 has 512 upto 8 GB then Wont the 750 UL plan also have the same?? because only the cost and name where changed, right?? so will the speed be the same??
I am a heavy downloader. i download only games by bittorrent so i dont think that 750 UL will be good enough with only 27 kBps download speed. actually i had the 750 UL plan before. but later changed it because i didnt have that much patience to wait for my downloads to get finished. but my dad wants 750 UL. He doesnt understand when i tell him that 750 UL is not good and is very slow.
So i want to change to 900 ULF which is 750 UL now. I just want to know if the speed (512 upto 8 gb) will also be present in the 750 UL.

As far as I know ULF 900 and UL 750 are different plans. UL 750 's speed is 512 Kbps till April 30 th. ULF 900 on the other hand has 512 Kbps till 8 GB and 400 free calls. After 8 GB, speed will dip to 256 Kbps. This is permanent. You can choose ULF 900 as the speed will be better than UL 750 till 8 GB. Hope this helped.
