I understand that CustomerID/Unique ID is printed on Bill.
I found it on bill, but when I enter it in my area's selfcare portal, it always saus that its invalid ID.
I'm from NIB I i.e. my IP address starts from 59.xx.xx.xx
What should I do???
Am I not eligible fo any selfcare portal?
Cant I even apply for Plan change online?
Please clearify
