Thread: disconnection of landline/broadband connection

Dear Sir,

We have applied with application 3 times with SDO, DLF Faridabad,

After 6 visits and assurance from SDO, no disconnection as yet, after sometime we shall shift from faridabad so arrange for the quick disconnection.

Follow up after three days.
Surrender BSNL supplied Phone and modem if on rent and get a surrender certificate. Try to adjust current bill amount
with security Deposit/s made , if any.
