I don't think its only BSNL, even AIRTEL is still using the US route.. That raises doubt if the problem is actually fixed.looks like BSNL is back to using shitty US routing
The only thing I am frustrated is, there is no information update or even notification from any of our Service Providers including BSNL and Airtel (don't know about others) about this issue. Service providers in other countries are providing daily updates to their customer on their website about this whole activity.
Our service providers are taking us for a ride with "Chalta Hai" attitude..
