You'll see a lan icon at the right side in windows xp. Right click and press Repair. It will work. It should clear few things.

Sorry windows is unable to repair. Contact your service provider...!!!

Download malware bytes anti-malware software and scan your system with it.

Laptop/ desktop/ cellphone working /not working on Internet.

ipconfig /all data.

Reset modem ( access point near right side bottom of modem /router)
or if you access the menu pages do it in management.
All settings revert to factory settings.
Follow Wa 3002_g4 link below and make fresh entries.

Try LAN ethernet connection.

Then WIFI mode.
