Just type ur lan ip and save and exit the setup and reboot ur modem..
Thats it, all the ports will be opened...

If not means Change ur connection from PPPOE to Bridge mode, in this way all the ports will be opened...

What do you mean by LAN IP...is it the internal Ip or External Ip or Default Gateway??? and where to type that Lan Ip i guess in DMZ host maybe...plus is opening all the ports a risky action

    Update
used the Lan Ip address i.e 192.168.1.1 entered it in the DMZ host saved and then rebooted then i went to canyouseeme.org entered my port....still it says

"Error: I could not see your service on 117.200.***.*** on port (82)
    Reason: Connection timed out"

HELP!!!!.....and yes my Firewall is OFF.....do i have to change my modem now....if yes then which one should i take in exchange??

    1. Try a guide from portforward.com

    2. Switch to bridge mode. All ports are open by default. Just use a good firewall

    1.
Any other type I or II modem supplied by BSNL
    may have under Advanced 0ptions/
Nat Virtual server/Port triggering and DMZ.
    2.
Try to exchange Ut300r2U ( if on rent ) for another
    Type 1 modem .
    3.
If purchased outright , can try a FW
    update at YOUR OWN RISK
Check for old threads in this forum
    Search Box above.
    Code:
    UT300R2U firmware upgrade.
    Recent thread;
    http://www.indiabroadband.net/bsnl-b...-board-id.html (July 2009 D-link firmware for UT300R2U with 96332CG board id)
    4.
Or you can buy some other ADSL Modem
    like IBallbaton from computer dealer/s
