    Default Broadband low speed

    I have 500 C+ [BBG FN Combo 600] broadband plan and recently the speed is very low. Used to get 200 to 225 kB/s for direct downloading and now the speed is 1 to 10 kB/s. Speedtest results showing normal. And torrent downloading speed is also normal. It's the same even when SNR and Attenuation levels are normal.

    Speed Test Result

    SNR & Attenuation

    Ping Test Result

    Solutions I tried

    Changed browsers
    Changed modem and splitter
    Re-setted and updated network drivers
    Checked plan status page and confirmed 500 C+
    Reinstalled Windows XP
    Installed Windows 7

    @Archer

    This may be because of the under sea cable repair going on at Italy.
    The issue is expected to get resolved by 30th April.

    Tikona is good for home use and if you like to play online games then a broadband is the best way to go..
